                               The Door To Lasting Freedom

              John 10:9; Psalm 105:20; Acts 5:12-20; Acts 16:26

“Jesus said, ‘I AM THE DOOR! Everyone who comes in through me will be saved!”  

John 10:9

1. Introduction:

     a. God has all kinds of ____________ planned for your life.

     b. Many people miss the open doors God has for their lives. Why?

          i. They don’t ____________ them.

          ii. They are not ____________ for them.

          iii. They lack the ____________ to go through them even if they do recognize them.

2. Jesus is the door to freedom and God’s desire for each of us is that we would be set free.

     a. However, before people can go through the door God has for them, they often must first ____________ the door where they are often imprisoned.

          iv. Having to live up to another person’s ____________ can be a prison.

     b. How does God break us out of our prisons?
